Question 1

What is Reelhouse?

Accepted Answer

Reelhouse helps you find something to watch. Browse trending, new and upcoming movies and TV shows, read about a title, watch its trailer, and save it to your watchlist for later.

Question 2

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. You can browse, search and watch trailers without one. An account is only needed to save titles to a watchlist.

Question 3

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reelhouse is free to use, and so is creating an account.

Question 4

Where does the movie and TV information come from?

Accepted Answer

Titles, descriptions, cast, ratings, posters and images come from TMDB (The Movie Database), a community-built database. Ratings are TMDB user ratings.

Question 5

Some information about a title is wrong or missing. Can you fix it?

Accepted Answer

Title information comes from TMDB, so corrections are made there. Anyone can suggest edits on themoviedb.org, and changes usually show up here within a day.

Question 6

Why doesn't a title have a trailer?

Accepted Answer

Trailers come from YouTube through TMDB. If no official trailer or teaser has been added for a title yet, the trailer button doesn't appear.

Question 7

How does the watchlist work?

Accepted Answer

On any movie or TV show page, select "Add to watchlist". Your saved titles appear on your watchlist page, newest first, where you can filter by movies or TV shows and remove anything you've watched.

Question 8

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Select "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and enter your email. We'll send a link to choose a new password. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Question 9

How do I change my name, email or password?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open your account page from the menu in the top right. If you change your email, we'll send a confirmation link to the new address.

Question 10

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Open your account page and select "Delete account". You'll be asked for your password. Your account and watchlist are deleted right away, and this can't be undone.

Question 11

What do you do with my data?

Accepted Answer

We only store what's needed for your account: your name, email, encrypted password and watchlist. We don't sell data, show ads, or use tracking cookies.

Question 12

How do I report content that infringes my copyright?

Accepted Answer

Send us a copyright notice. The DMCA page explains what to include and what happens next.

Question 13

How can I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Email tmauara@gmail.com. We usually reply within a few days.
